Delivery Information

We aim to deliver your orders within the estimated timelines shown at checkout. However, delivery may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or logistics issues may occur.

Refund Policy

If your payment is successfully made but the order is cancelled (due to personal request, design issues, or other reasons), the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

If you cancel your order to place a new one, the amount may be added to your account as a Re-Order Token, which can be used for future purchases.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged
  • Incorrect product is delivered
Damaged Product Guidelines:

If package is damaged externally:

  • Do not accept the delivery
  • Take a photo of the package
  • Share it with our support team immediately

If product is damaged internally:

  • Contact our support team
  • Sharing an unboxing video will help us process a quick replacement without delay
Order Marked Delivered but Not Received

If your order shows Delivered but you haven't received it:

  • We will request Proof of Delivery (POD) or Delivery Receipt (DRS) from the courier
  • This may take 4–5 business days
  • Meanwhile, please check with neighbors, security, or reception

If still unresolved, we will investigate further and assist you.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

Will I get compensation for late delivery? We follow the delivery timelines shared at checkout. However, delays due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier issues
Delivery Exception

A Delivery Exception means the courier was unable to deliver your package due to issues like:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Location constraints

What you need to do:

  • Respond quickly with correct details
  • We will arrange a re-attempt for delivery

If there is no response, the package will be returned to our production unit.

Re-shipping Policy

If your order is returned:

  • You will need to provide a correct address with PIN code & landmark
  • Additional re-shipping charges will apply

If no response is received within 30 days, the package will be:

  • Destroyed/Scrapped
  • No refund will be issued
